| For those of you who do not know Abhorrance, you have probably never been to Santa Cruz in the last 10 years, because they are one of the very few bands left, following the style of GOod Riddance and Fury 66. Abhorrance's punk rock thrash has influenced many Santa Bands to follow, like The Taste of Blood, Smallpaul, Stalins War, Arsonists Get All The Girls, Strike Out etc. Lead singer and guitarist Brandon Fitzgerald along with guitarist Pat Diola have been in their fair share of side-projects as well, including Burn at the Stake, KillDashNine, Static Revolution/Crucial Unicorn, Strike Out, etc.
Former members of Abhorrance include:
Navene Koperweis of Animosity (drums)
Hank Chang of Ex-Nihilo (bass)
Matt Cleaver of Stalins War (guitar/vox)
Andrew LeGrande of Limewire, Gargantula (drums)
Evan Diola of The Taste of Blood
And plenty more that I cannot remember. While the band has been around, members are still young and ready to rock with no one over 23. Songs have gotten heavier over the years, but the skate punk origins can still be heard in these tracks.
This started out as an EP conversion from a 7 inch release, but with some newly added LIVE tracks is either an extended EP or a strange full length. Either way, its got 11 tracks, six of them unreleased live tracks, and one solo acoustic track from Brandon Abhorrance himself!
