| Unfun uses the United States Postal Service USPS to deliver our merch. All our items are weighed and then calculated giving you different shipping options and pricing once you finish selecting items for purchase. Everything is automated, so there is not much to worry about. All items are processed within 2-3 days after an order is placed and will arrive within the time estimated by the shipping calculator, plus the number of processing days. There are no handling fees included in our shipping costs, and no tax. We try to keep the cost to you as low as possible since our orders are processed in house and not by another company.
We gladly accept returns on defective merchandise only. This is because music is easy to copy or burn, therefore to cut our losses we must adhere to this strict policy. In the event a wrong item is shipped, we will send you a the correct item and a postage paid return envelope to send us the wrong item. In the event you wish to keep both, we will just charge for both items. Also if we do not receive the item within 2 weeks, we will also charge you for the replacement item (unless other arrangements are made).
If an order placed through Unfun is not received within reasonable time, please email us first, as we respond and read emails on a daily basis. If an order has been misplaced or forgotten, we will gladly throw in extra goodies we are sure you will like. (stickers, pins, cds, etc)
If ordering through first class mail or lower, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders. If you would like a more safe method, please select priority mailing. We will do our best to insure safe and prompt delivery. We keep receipts for all mailed items, in case it is disputed that we just did not send the order. In any even, we are very accommodating and will attempt to resolve any unpleasant experiences to keep you happy!
